Terms of Service

All treatments are by appointment only. A requested time is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us by text or email.

Please arrive ten minutes before your first session to complete intake. Late arrivals are treated within the remaining time so the following client is not delayed.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the booked service.

Emergencies happen. Reach out and we will always try to work with you.

Payment is due at the time of service. Packages are non-refundable but transferable to another treatment of equal value, and expire twelve months from purchase.

Prices listed on this site are subject to change; the price quoted at booking is the price you pay.

Massage and bodywork are wellness services, not medical treatment, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Individual results vary with your health, consistency and lifestyle.

Disclose any medical condition, medication, recent surgery or pregnancy before your session. We reserve the right to decline or modify a treatment where it would not be safe.

This is a professional therapeutic practice. Any inappropriate behaviour ends the session immediately, with the full service charged and no future bookings accepted.
