When you request an appointment we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number (optional), preferred treatment, preferred date and anything you write in the message field.

Before your first treatment we collect a short health-intake form. That information is treatment-related, kept confidential and used only to keep your session safe.

Like most websites, we also collect basic technical information such as your browser type and the pages you visit, in aggregate form.

To schedule, confirm and deliver your appointment; to follow up with aftercare guidance; and to answer questions you send us.

If you opt in to our email list, to send occasional notes about openings and seasonal offerings. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

We never sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Intake forms and treatment notes are stored securely and shared with no one without your written consent, except where disclosure is required by law.

Before-and-after photographs are only taken with your explicit permission, and are only published if you separately agree to that.

Serenity Garden Massage and Wellness collects mobile phone numbers in order to send SMS/text messages related to appointments, appointment reminders, quotes and service requests, service updates, and occasional promotions. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchase.

There are several ways a client may opt in to receive text messages from us, and all of them are listed here: (1) Website form — submitting the appointment request form at /contact with a phone number and actively checking the unchecked SMS consent box; (2) By phone — verbally agreeing to receive text messages during a call with the studio, which we record in the client's record; (3) In person at the studio — providing a mobile number and agreeing to text messaging on our paper or digital intake form at 106 Pollasky Ave Ste D, Clovis, CA; (4) Replying to a message — sending START, YES, or any affirmative reply to an initial text message from the studio; (5) Online booking — providing a mobile number and agreeing to appointment text notifications during checkout with our booking provider.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us; you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP to any message, call (424) 310-4219, or email us for assistance.

Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent will never be shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers and consent records are shared only with the service providers that operate our scheduling and messaging systems on our behalf, solely to deliver the messages you asked for.

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and the right to deletion.
