When you request an appointment we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, preferred treatment, preferred date and anything you write in the message field.

Before your first treatment we collect a short health-intake form. That information is treatment-related, kept confidential and used only to keep your session safe.

Like most websites, we also collect basic technical information such as your browser type and the pages you visit, in aggregate form.

To schedule, confirm and deliver your appointment; to follow up with aftercare guidance; and to answer questions you send us.

If you opt in to our email list, to send occasional notes about openings and seasonal offerings. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

We never sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Intake forms and treatment notes are stored securely and shared with no one without your written consent, except where disclosure is required by law.

Before-and-after photographs are only taken with your explicit permission, and are only published if you separately agree to that.

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and the right to deletion.
